You are about to complete your studies, for example in economics, engineering or a comparable degree programme and ideally already have some practical (consulting) experience.
Internship
As an intern in the field of consulting, you will be integrated into the project work as a member of the respective project team right from the start. You will be deployed on site at the customer’s premises or in the respective back office – depending on your previous experience and the content of the internship.
Whenever possible, you will experience our day-to-day work in direct contact with our clients on site. As we want to guarantee a high learning curve during the internship, it should last at least 3 months. Only after such a period can you be sure of gaining in-depth and helpful practical insights.
The internship is of course attractively remunerated.
Working student
As a working student, you will support our teams for approx. 20 hours per week and gain professional experience. There are opportunities in the back office, for example in HR, as well as in the individual business units.

With a Bachelor’s degree and initial practical experience as a Consultant Analyst
As a Consultant Analyst, you will be part of our project teams from day one. You will accompany and support the implementation of analysis and realisation projects. You will work independently on internal project subtasks, carry out data analyses or prepare presentations. You will also be responsible for organising and moderating customer workshops.
With a Master’s degree and initial practical experience as a Consultant
As a consultant, you will be responsible for project planning, working with the partner to jointly define objectives and then monitoring the achievement of objectives.
You will independently accompany and carry out analysis and implementation projects with the project team and liaise directly with the client. Your responsibilities may also include the development and implementation of negotiation strategies.
You can also accompany future colleagues as a buddy when they join the company.
We are also always on the lookout for personalities with several years of professional experience. Ideally, they will also have already gained explicit experience in a consulting environment. However, relevant experience in project functions or in project management on the corporate side also represents valuable expertise.
Interesting career levels for entry could be Senior Consultant or (Senior) Manager.
