Selection process

If we like your profile, we will invite you to an initial round of interviews – preferably at our office in Bonn. We want to find out whether you are a good fit for our team – and whether we are a good fit for you. Individual one-hour meetings with two partners and future colleagues will allow both sides to thoroughly get to know each other and make a well-founded assessment.

Needless to say: we want to know how you approach challenging problems. That’s why in a second appointment you will not only talk to two other partners and colleagues, but also work on a case study (45 minutes).

No special preparation is necessary – you will receive all the necessary information and materials on site.
