Your start as an intern
Start your career as a ‘temporary strategy consultant’ and immerse yourself in the world of management consulting: as soon as you have successfully completed four semesters of your studies, an exciting internship of at least 12 weeks awaits you. During this time, you will be part of a dedicated team and actively work on the development of innovative marketing and sales strategies. Your contribution will include carrying out comprehensive research as well as trend, market, competition and best practice analyses. You will consolidate the results of your analyses and derive strategic implications from them.
As a fully-fledged member of the team, you will also support the creation of high-quality PowerPoint presentations and contribute to the development of digital strategy concepts. You can be based either in our office or on site with our clients, where you will gain valuable insights into the day-to-day work of a consultancy and experience direct dialogue with clients.

You’ll start your career with us as a consultant after completing your Master’s degree and have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic fields of marketing and digitalisation. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed research as well as trend, market, competition and best practice analyses. You will play a key role in summarising the results of analyses and deriving important implications for our projects. You will also be at the forefront of developing innovative marketing and sales strategies.
An important aspect of your role is the creation of high-quality presentations that communicate our strategies and solutions clearly and convincingly to our clients. In addition, you will interact directly with our clients to discuss current project issues and present solutions.
To start successfully as a Consultant, you should fulfil the following requirements:
Your start as a Senior Consultant
We offer you the opportunity to join our team as a Senior Consultant and shape challenging projects in the field of marketing and digitalisation. Your main tasks will include developing forward-looking marketing and sales strategies, organising and moderating meetings and workshops and managing sub-projects. You will work closely with our customers to coordinate work packages and approaches and actively support our new business initiatives.

We offer 15 to 20 internships, preferably to very good Master’s students. As an intern, you are usually permanently integrated into a project team for three months and take on initial responsibility for a project module. From the very beginning, you will be supported by an experienced mentor who will act as your contact person and sponsor.
