To bring about such changes, we pursue a holistic, customer-oriented approach based on three core competencies: people, projects, and organizations.
We shape successful, resilient organizations where people work with joy and purpose.
30 years of transformation experience.
100 consultants worldwide.
We specialize in change management, digital transformation, organizational design, leadership & culture, blended learning, and project management.
We aim for long-term growth, innovative thinking, and setting ambitious goals. Our successes continuously inspire us to strive for excellence. We don't marvel at other people's stories; we create our own success stories. To achieve this, we need the best talent in the market.
You can join CPC in various ways – depending on where you are in your professional life. We continuously offer exciting entry opportunities. Interested? Then see what suits you best.
Are you at least in your fourth semester of your bachelor’s studies or enrolled in a master’s program? Are you considering entering the consulting industry through an internship? Do you want to broaden your horizons or experience the field of consulting directly?
Then an internship at CPC is just right for you!
What can you expect from us? It can vary greatly. One thing is for sure: you will work with us on exciting projects that are as diverse as our clients.
We see a consulting internship as a give-and-take. We give you the opportunity to gain experience and learn. But we also want to benefit from your skills and knowledge and get to know you better.
You will support our teams on client projects or internal initiatives. With your skills, you will actively contribute to solving tasks and problems. Or you will take on individual project tasks and be responsible for a small sub-project. Throughout the internship, you will be mentored and supported by an experienced leader.
We are looking for people who can identify with our values and fit well into our team. Furthermore, for the internship, you should bring very good German and English language skills, organizational talent, flexibility, and initiative. Additionally, you should be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and be motivated to learn a lot in a short period of time.
You have successfully completed your master’s degree, are proficient in both German and English at a negotiation level, are a structured quick thinker, and a dedicated team player. You have practical experience, ideally in IT, have agile thinking, possess a good business understanding, and are eager to make an immediate impact and create value for and with our clients. Above all: you find us, what we do, and how we do it incredibly exciting! Then learn from our experience and expertise, and bring yourself and your superpowers to us – become a Change Champion and Project Hero at CPC!
Taking the plunge: From the start, it’s all about „hands-on“ and „learning on the job“. The experiences you gather are as diverse as our projects: Change management for the introduction of S/4HANA at a chemical company, digitization concept in the public sector, project set-up for a strategically relevant system implementation at an automotive manufacturer, agile transformation at a telecommunications provider…
But you won’t be left alone. You will always be assigned to a team and experienced mentors. You can expect professional onboarding and a great team spirit.
We are a „Hidden Champion“, „Top Consultant“, „Best Management Consultants“. This doesn’t happen by chance. We are constantly evolving. Each one of us is expected to show a high level of initiative. For that, we offer a comprehensive range of further education opportunities.
We are looking for individuals who want to work for and with people. We are looking for colleagues who are passionate about developing organizations into places where people can work happily and successfully. We are looking for colleagues who see their peers primarily as people and not as competitors.

You will usually receive initial feedback or an invitation to an interview within 1-2 weeks after submitting your application. During the interview, you will also receive information about a potential applicant day, including the date. Typically, the entire process takes 4-6 weeks.
As long as you bring a good business understanding, have a certain affinity for IT, and possess a high willingness to learn, you are in the right place with us. Typically, many of our consultant colleagues have backgrounds in business administration, IT, mechanical engineering, or business psychology.
Primarily, we are looking for new colleagues who fit well with us and our projects. That means the so-called chemistry must be right. Furthermore, it is important to us that you have already gained practical experience, have a good understanding of the business, and bring a certain level of implementation strength.
You have numerous opportunities to develop and grow. By working directly on projects, you can deepen your expertise and acquire new skills. We actively support you in your education and offer both an internal qualification program and external training opportunities. We place great emphasis on individual support. You will be assigned an experienced colleague as a mentor to support you in your professional development and help you achieve your goals. Additionally, we offer regular coaching sessions to promote your personal and professional growth.
Even before your first day with us, your future mentor will reach out to you with initial information. During your first few days, you will meet with your mentor and get to know your team and project environment. In the first days and weeks, in addition to intensive familiarization, you can expect a series of basic trainings from our development program. Additionally, several times a year, we hold an introduction week where you, along with other new colleagues, will be intensively prepared for the consultant life at CPC.
