Internship
Are you at least in the fourth semester of your degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mathematics, computer science or a comparable subject?
With an internship, which can last between eight weeks and six months, we offer you the opportunity to get to know Genpact. As a rule, you will be directly involved in a project team and support our customers‘ projects in the areas of supply chain management and after-sales services. Tasks may include research and benchmarking, data analysis, developing simulation and decision models, participating in expert interviews, preparing customer workshops and creating presentations.
Working student
Student assistants are involved in various projects in the areas of supply chain management and after-sales service for at least six months. Their tasks include research and benchmarking, data analysis, development of simulation and decision models, participation in expert interviews, preparation of customer workshops and preparation of presentations.
Master Student
Are you about to complete your degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mathematics, computer science or a similar subject and would like to write your Master’s thesis in a management consultancy while working? Our projects and discussions with clients regularly result in interesting topics for Master’s theses that offer the opportunity to actively work on specific issues and gain experience in management consulting. We offer innovative topics in the areas of supply chain management and after-sales services with a consulting focus, usually for three to six months.

Bachelor Student
As a junior associate, you will be part of our project team from day one and work like an associate. However, you have other, more experienced advisors at your side.
Unlike Associates, the work is initially limited in time: after 2 years, we encourage you to complete your training with a master’s degree. Of course, we will support you – because we hope that you will return to us with the new experiences you have gained.
Master Student
Associate is the “typical” entry-level position at Genpact. Together with experienced colleagues, you will drive client projects forward from the very beginning. You research independently, conduct interviews, structure and analyze data, work with the team to develop solutions to our clients‘ challenges and prepare them for decision-making. You will help prepare and conduct workshops and, over time, take on more and more responsibility for entire work packages, which you also represent to clients. As a buddy, you can also accompany subsequent consultants as they get started.
Depending on the learning curve, you will be promoted to consultant after 1-2 years. Experience has shown that your colleagues in the project teams and our development offerings ensure that this step is successful.
