Join H&Z as an analyst/consultant with a master’s degree or doctorate
„Analyst“ or „Consultant“ are our classic entry-level positions for all „juniors“ who have successfully completed their Master’s degree, MBA or doctorate and have decided to start their career in consulting.
With us, you will get to know consulting as it really is. You will be part of an exciting team and actively work on a wide variety of projects from a wide range of industries. You will take responsibility for your own topics and work closely with our consultants and clients. We want you to develop yourself further and offer you various training programmes that are individually tailored to you. Depending on your learning curve, you may be promoted to „(Senior) Consultant“ after 1-2 years. Experience has shown that your colleagues in the project teams and our development programme will ensure that this step is successful.
