As a „temporary consultant“, you will work as a fully-fledged team member on exciting consulting projects in various industries and functional areas. Among other things, you will provide support with analyses and presentations, help with the preparation and follow-up of workshops or research and create solution concepts and recommendations for action.

Join H&Z as an analyst/consultant with a master’s degree or doctorate
„Analyst“ or „Consultant“ are our classic entry-level positions for all „juniors“ who have successfully completed their Master's degree, MBA or doctorate and have decided to start their career in consulting.
With us, you will get to know consulting as it really is. You will be part of an exciting team and actively work on a wide variety of projects from a wide range of industries. You will take responsibility for your own topics and work closely with our consultants and clients. We want you to develop yourself further and offer you various training programs that are individually tailored to you. We support you with the help of a mentor and our performance management, because we want you to achieve your goals. Decide for yourself where you want to go at H&Z.
Depending on your learning curve, you may be promoted to „(Senior) Consultant“ after 1-2 years. Experience has shown that your colleagues in the project teams and our development program will ensure that this step is successful.
