Internship as a “Fellow Intern”
You can join us as a “temporary consultant” or in one of our corporate divisions at various times: As part of an internship of at least 12 weeks, you will be deployed like a Fellow and be a fully-fledged part of a team. You will support the team in carrying out analyses and research, take responsibility for individual work packages and develop new solutions together with the team.

Working student
As a working student, you will support our teams for approx. 20 hours per week and gain valuable professional experience in either consulting or administration. With us, you can put the theoretical knowledge you have already gained into practice. We will make you responsible for analyses and research as well as for prefabricated work packages.

As a Junior Consultant, you will be part of our project teams from day one and work together with experienced consultants who will support you in your day-to-day work.
Together with experienced colleagues, you will drive customer projects forward right from the start. You will research independently, structure and analyze data, develop solutions for our customers‘ challenges with the team and prepare them for decision-making. You will help with the preparation and implementation of workshops and, over time, take on more and more responsibility for entire work packages, which you will also represent to customers. In addition to knowledge transfer from experienced colleagues, you will receive a personalized development plan from the KPS Academy for your desired area. We use regular feedback loops to help you shape your individual career plan.
