Internship Consulting (f/m/d)

As an intern, you can join us at various times and put your theoretical knowledge into practice. As part of an internship lasting at least 3 months, we offer you the opportunity to take on a responsible role in a collegial atmosphere. You will work in an exciting, international environment with high standards, responsibility and creative freedom.

We have flat hierarchies and an open-door policy. We pay particular attention to our team spirit – we support this with regular social events.

Working student (f/m/d)

As a working student, you will support our teams for approx. 20 hours per week and gain professional experience. The projects can be in various client projects within our core industries, depending on availability and ability.

Associate (f/m/d)

We offer an exciting opportunity to join our company as an Associate, where you will be immersed directly in the day-to-day work of a consultant and work as an active member of the project team on exciting projects in the areas of travel, transportation and logistics. You will work closely with experienced consultants to develop your skills in areas such as process optimization, strategy, IT and infrastructure.

You will have the opportunity to support both national and international clients in the public and private sectors and gain valuable experience in the process.

Depending on your learning curve, you will be promoted to Consultant after 1.5 – 3 years. Your colleagues in the project teams and our development program will ensure that this step is successful.

Consultant (f/m/d)

As a consultant with us, you will also accompany exciting projects in the travel, transport and logistics sector. With 2-3 years of professional experience, you will be responsible for project management, the analysis and optimization of processes and the definition of meaningful KPIs. You will monitor the project status, implement new solutions and work independently on work packages. You will also develop concepts and strategies with customers, hold meetings and workshops, immerse yourself in operational processes and actively contribute to the success of the project. You will also take part in training courses and events, participate in internal study groups and contribute your creativity to the development of new offers.

Depending on your learning curve, you will be promoted to Senior Consultant after 1.5 – 3 years. Experience shows that your colleagues in the project teams and our development program will ensure that this step is successful.

Have you already gained relevant professional experience within our core industries and/or consulting? Then apply to a hidden champion!

Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

As a Senior Consultant at M2P, with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, you will advise international key players in the industry on the strategic direction of business process optimization and its subsequent implementation. You will take responsibility for project management and, as a role model, make a visible and measurable contribution to building the business, developing knowledge and growth activities.

Depending on your learning curve, you will be promoted to manager after 1.5 to 3 years. Your colleagues in the project teams and our development offer usually ensure that this step is successful.

Manager (f/m/d)

As an experienced manager at M2P, you will have at least 6 years of relevant professional experience. You will support leading international players in the industry in defining their strategic direction for the optimization of business processes and their implementation. You will be responsible for project management and serve as a role model by making a clearly visible and measurable contribution to business development, knowledge development and growth activities.

Depending on your learning curve, you will be promoted to Senior Manager after 1.5 to 3 years. Experience has shown that your colleagues in the project teams and our development program will ensure that this step is successful.

The phases described (HR interview, professional colleague interview, managing partner interview) are usually evaluated internally within 7-10 working days in order to make a decision on the next step in the recruitment process.

  3. Rejection“ – The applicant receives a rejection because there is no suitable option in the foreseeable future.
