Selection process

If we decide to invite you to the further selection process, we would like to get to know you in an initial virtual interview. In this we will compare expectations of the position.

If the outcome is positive, a personal second and (optional) third interview will follow in one of our offices.

We talk about your background, your experience and working methods, specialist topics and, of course, any questions you have for us. Depending on the entry level, case studies or presentations may also be a focal point.

Decision

We will provide feedback on the final decision shortly after the last interview and, if the outcome is positive, we will make a contract offer.

In general, we aim to conclude each application process with a definitive acceptance or rejection no later than ten weeks after receipt of the application.
