Join us as a „Consulting Intern“
For a minimum 12-week internship, you can join us at various times. The requirement for your application is that you have been studying for at least 2 years and can demonstrate good to very good academic performance. You should also have strong analytical skills, empathy, a hands-on mindset, curiosity, initiative and motivation.
As a Consulting Intern, you will support the team in carrying out analyses and research, take responsibility for individual work packages and work with the team to develop new solutions for our clients.

With a Bachelor’s degree as an Associate Consultant
As an Associate Consultant, you will be part of our project teams from day one. However, you will have more experienced consultants by your side.
With a Master’s degree as a Consultant
Consultant is the typical entry position at TTE. Together with experienced colleagues, you will drive projects forward for our clients right from the start. You will research independently, conduct interviews, structure and analyze data, develop solutions for our clients‘ challenges with the team and prepare them for decision-making. You will assist in the preparation and conduct of workshops and gradually take on more and more responsibility for entire work packages, which you will also represent to clients.

Senior Consultant
You have at least 2 years of full-time experience in another consulting firm and are ready to continue your career with us. As a Senior Consultant, you can apply and further refine your already acquired consulting skillset. As a Senior Consultant at TTE, you bring comprehensive expertise and experience in the consulting industry. You take on a leading role in the development and implementation of projects for our clients. Working closely with the team, you analyze complex challenges, develop innovative solutions, and make them ready for presentation to our clients. In addition to independent research and data analysis, you also support the development of team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of our work methods. As an experienced consultant, you will represent our company to customers and take responsibility for the successful implementation of work packages.
Project Lead
After approx. 4-5 years of full-time experience in another consultancy, including at least one year in a managerial role, we look forward to welcoming you as a Project Lead. As a Project Lead at TTE, you are responsible for leading and managing our projects. You bear overall responsibility for the success of the projects and work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions. In addition to leading the project team, you plan, coordinate, and monitor all project activities to ensure that timelines and budgets are met. You are an experienced facilitator of workshops and presentations, ensuring effective involvement of all stakeholders. As an experienced Project Lead, you take an active role in the development of our employees and contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the company.
