This mission drives us to achieve an even better result in every project than in all our previous projects. This is why we continuously strive to ensure that our project approaches and the partnership with our clients are the best in the industry.
We often spend a lot of time on site with our clients. Here we support them in implementing the jointly developed concepts. This is how we ensure the sustainable benefits of our projects.
The team is the decisive factor here. Our team members have very different biographies and professional backgrounds. What they have in common is that they are among the best in their field, are curious about finding innovative solutions to problems and never lose sight of our clients' success. Very often, experts from different consulting fields work together.
Our corporate culture is our most important asset. It combines a high level of customer orientation with an outstanding team spirit. We promote this, for example, through team events and annual team trips abroad.
The "togetherness" between the interdisciplinary consulting team and our clients and the resulting implementation strength are the secrets of our consulting success.

Arne Birkner's success story: How an intern developed into a Project Manager
Different perspectives in healthcare
As a consultant, you are often on the road to advance projects at our clients‘ sites. As a management consultancy, we are active throughout Germany, so you will also be supporting different healthcare facilities across the country. On average, our consultants are on the road three days a week. This can vary depending on the business situation, season and type of project.
Very important: weekends are always free. Our work schedule is designed so that you can switch off completely at the weekend. And if, exceptionally, a strategy workshop needs to be moderated on a Saturday, there is of course a compensation day.
Our board members and the most experienced consultants act as employee partners. Their task is to plan your onboarding together with you and HR management, place you on projects and then work with you to identify your consulting priorities. We use semi-annual, structured performance reviews for this purpose. Of course, you can also contact all colleagues if you have any questions.
For you to fit in with us, you need the motivation to want to make a difference.
Large management consultancies often follow the „up or out“ principle. In contrast, we develop our employees to the next career level in a targeted manner. The criteria for the individual levels include personal and professional development as well as customer satisfaction and turnover. Depending on your career level, you can expect to manage smaller and larger projects, generate follow-up assignments, develop into a topic champion and design new consulting products. With us, you can make it all the way to partner level. Four out of six current ZEQ partners found their way to ZEQ as career starters.
Monotonous tasks are a thing of the past, with us variety is pre-programmed. Every clinic and every consulting field is different and requires an individual solution. You are always working on several projects at the same time and pursuing different tasks. In addition to the project business, you can expect lunch together on office days, sports with colleagues after an on-site meeting with the client, flexible working hours and also mobile working from home.
We aim high. You can tell when you visit us for the first time. We are located on the 24th floor of the highest office building between Frankfurt and Munich. From there, you have a great view over the city center, the Rhine and the Waldpark.
On the first day, you will get to know the team and receive your personal work materials. You will also speak to your employee partner, who is responsible for your training and subsequent career development. The induction lasts several months. An integral part of this period is the work shadowing week at one of our clinics. This gives you the opportunity to get to know the work in the emergency room, outpatient clinics, on the ward and in the operating room. Other important elements of the induction are a series of training courses on ZEQ and our tools, getting to know all areas of expertise, accompanying various colleagues on projects and taking on your first own project tasks.
ZEQ is represented by one office in the DACH region.
