Biography and expertise

Since 2019 Alexander Süßmilch leads the global After Sales Consulting for Genpact Deutschland GmbH as Vice President.

His career started in 1999 at accenture in Munich. From 2005 to 2008 he managed as Sr. Manager the AfterSales division High Tech for Germany, Austria, Schwizerland.

From 2008 to 2014 Alexander Süßmilch managed the spare parts planning and spare parts operations EMEA for Toshiba PC devision within the RTS Service group as well he was responsible for the Business Development within the RTS Service group (as part pf the MediaSaturn Holding group). In 2015 he was appointed as Managing Director for the RTS Holding. Until 2019 he managed the RTS Holding with more than 1.500 Service staff members and an entire After Sales revenue more than M 180 Euro.

Today Alexander Süßmilch advices global clients within the busiess segments machinery, semiconductor and consumer goods. His business focus is Service Strategie, Digitization and Managed Services.
