Alexandre Rezende is a leader of major transformations for global turnaround organizations and focuses on paving the way from strategy to seamless delivery. With over 17 years of experience in various industries, he is a recognized industry reference leading organizations to achieve agility in transformative PPM-PMO related topics.

Since relocating to Germany in 2012, Alexandre has led international transformations in over 40 countries, including post-merger integration programs. In 2023, he joined AdEx Partners as an Associate Partner where he drives global transformation initiatives. Alexandre has held various management positions in the past, including the role of Chief Transformation Officer, and brings an entrepreneurial background.

In addition to his professional career, Alexandre is an international professor on topics related to transformation and PPM-PMO, has published 12 articles in business magazines, and has been a speaker at numerous international congresses.
