Biography and expertise

Annette Baumann joined ZEQ in 2008 and has been specializing in consulting for laboratories and pathologies for over 10 years. She is partner at ZEQ and managing director of the subsidiary 1K - Die Krankenhausberater, which was acquired in 2016.

Her clients include general hospitals with their basic laboratories as well as university hospitals with highly specialized laboratories and pathologies.

Together with her experienced team, Annette Baumann works on efficiency and reorganization projects and develops future laboratory diagnostic concepts for facilities of all sizes. Thereby they often identify and realize profitability potential in the six-figure range.

Special issues include strategic site planning for hospital networks, implementation support and the review of co-operation agreements and projects.

Her clients particularly appreciate the highly structured preparation of complex issues and the wide range of benchmark data that is incorporated into the 1K concepts.
