Biography and expertise

Ayca Tunc-Ruff is the Head of Financial Services for Genpacts DACH region since January 2022 and actively advises clients from the automotive, captive, banking and insurance industry. Her work focuses on business development, strategy, digitalization and transformation of banks in the areas of operations and IT.

Ayca Tunc-Ruff holds an MBA from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management and she actively promotes women in the financial sector.
