Biography and expertise

Bernd Hoffmann leads the Connected Dealers practice of the Genpact Supply Cain Service Line since 2015 as a Vice President.

His consulting career started in 2001 at Barkawi Management Consultants (since 2018 Genpact) in Munich within the After Sales practice. In 2022 Bernd Hoffmann was propoted to Vice President. Between 2010 and 2013 he worked out of the Atlanta office.

Before his career at Genpact Mr. Hoffmann studied Macroeconomics at the University in Munich. Before joinging Genpact he worked for 2 years as a consultant for risk management at PwC in Munich.

Today Mr. Hoffmann consults clients operating as OEMs mainly in Agricultural Machinery and Material Handling. Main focus of his work is in After Saels Parts and Service, Deler Distribution Networks, Digitalization and IT-Implementation.
