Biography and expertise

Carina Throne has been leading the CPC team AMPlifier together with a colleague since 2022. The team focuses on adaptive and agile transformation.

Carina has a Master's degree (M.Sc) in Business Administration from the Philipps University Marburg. She is interculturally experienced through her work in Europe and China. In addition to being certified as a systemic coach, she is also a certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
