Biography and expertise

Clara Drewes has been a Project Manager at undconsorten since 2020 and specializes in supporting major transformations, where she successfully accompanies clients from various industries and of different sizes (DAX40, medium-sized companies, private equity). Her expertise and experience lies in the often neglected and supposedly soft topics around culture measurement and culture change (OCI®/OEI® certification, Human Synergistics), change management and change communication, as well as leadership and team development measures.

Before joining undconsorten, she studied Business Administration at the University of Münster and completed her Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), was a Junior Recruiter at McKinsey & Company, and gained initial experience at PUMA (People & Culture), Allianz (Change Management), PwC (Talent Acquisition) and EDEKA Headquarters (Recruiting).
