Dr. Jan-Christoph Haag has been supporting technology-driven companies in developing innovative, sustainable growth strategies and organizations for 20 years. His consulting focus is on strategy, organizational and process development as well as on R&D and OPEX (Operational Excellence). He also supports industrial companies in the digitalization of their product development and in the area of product lifecycle management.
