Biography and expertise

Dr. Kai Magenheimer has more than 15 years of consulting expertise, including in the automotive, retail and food industries. His consulting focus is on the strategic design and evaluation of manufacturing and supply chain networks as well as on the conception and global implementation of Operational Excellence (OPEX).

In addition, he supports internationally operating companies in their organizational design & development and in the conception of future factories. His many years of transformation expertise ensure the long-term success of change projects. Dr. Kai Magenheimer is heading up the global Food & Beverages Practice at ROI-EFESO.
