Biography and expertise

Dr. Lucas Calmbach, a Managing Partner at KPS AG, leads the Customer Engagement department.

He plays an active role in Business Consulting and also serves as a project leader for national and international transformation projects. In addition to implementing CX tools, he places a strong emphasis on optimizing operational processes within the functional areas.
