Biography and expertise

Dr Marc-Felix Otto is a Partner at The Advisory House. He studied Physics and Business Administration and holds a PhD in Physics from the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics and Self-Organization. Prior to joining the company, he worked for a leading international strategy consultancy.

Mr. Otto manages projects with incumbent and mid-sized European utilities, with primary focus on the German and Swiss markets.

His expertise comprises strategic and financial topics across the industrial value chain as well as transformation and restructuring projects in energy trading. He is the author of the book “Management of Political Risks” (Springer, 2023).
