Biography and expertise

Dr. Marcus Heinrich is a founding partner of 3con Management Consultants and embodies operational excellence within the chemical industry.

After studying solid-state physics in Bonn and Göttingen, he obtained his doctorate in scanning tunneling microscopy in Jülich/Aachen. Since entering the consulting field in 1997, he has steadily broadened his expertise in production, production sites, and services within the chemical sector, becoming familiar with most European chemical production locations.

Dr. Heinrich is dedicated to supporting senior management through change processes with passion and full engagement, from the conceptual phase to actual implementation.

Recognized as a trailblazer and advisor for executives in complex optimization projects, Dr. Heinrich has also been instrumental in the ongoing development of relevant concepts and capabilities at 3con from its inception.

He is strongly committed to voluntary work, especially in the self-administration of the Catholic Church.
