Biography and expertise

Dr. Martin Kneip is a partner and has been with TARGUS since 2015. Before joining TARGUS, he worked as a project manager, production manager, CTO and managing director in industry and the public sector. He brings over 20 years of experience in consulting, industry, and research and development to his project work.

He has broad experience from projects across the entire value chain from development, purchasing and SCM to Operations, and is active across all industries.

With a focus on engineering & production, digitalization and product cost management, he is committed to sustainably strengthening his clients' competitiveness. His particular concern is to bring about a change in working methods across departments to realize sustainable effects that quickly have a impact on results.

He holds graduate degrees in physics, business administration, and economics, as well as a doctorate in natural sciences.
