Biography and expertise

Dr. Michael Feldmeth has been working at Staufen AG since 2014. As a principal, he supports the holistic and interdisciplinary development of industrial companies.

His expertise and focus in consulting is on the topics of operational excellence and digital transformation. In addition, he is entrusted with the management of the Digital & Industry 4.0 practice, which stands for the topics of data analytics and smart enterprise.

His guiding principle is to combine lean management methods with modern digitalization solutions in the best possible way to realize competitive advantages. Before joining Staufen, he studied mechanical engineering and industrial engineering, followed by a doctorate.
