Biography and expertise

Dr. Ralf Walker joined Berylls Strategy Advisors as a partner in September 2021.

Dr. Walker has spent the last 15 years of his career at some of the top management consultancies; including Management Engineers, Booz & Co and PwC Strategy&.

Prior to his role as Partner at Berylls Strategy Advisors, he was Head of Operations EMEA at PwC Strategy& and had previously spent 5 years at GKN with a focus on manufacturing, lean manufacturing and engineering.

Dr. Walker completed his scientific career in 2003 at the Fraunhofer IPT in Aachen with his PhD in mechanical engineering.

Today, he advises clients from the automotive sector and focuses on start-up & ramp-up management, restructuring & turnaround management, production & supply chain optimization, lean management and strategy development as well as footprint optimization.
