Biography and expertise

Dr. Sascha Schuth is a partner at TARGUS. He is an expert in product and process optimization, and holistic cost transformation for clients in the manufacturing industry. He has more than 20 years of experience in advising clients from various industries, such as mechanical engineering, plant engineering, defense technology, and the automotive industry.

He most recently worked at Strategy & (previously Management Engineers or Booz & Company) in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, London, and Boston, where he headed the Product Value Management department from 2010 to 2020. He brings an extensive network of specialists to TARGUS who support our clients in various technical areas.

He studied mechanical and industrial engineering at RWTH Aachen University and received his doctorate in engineering sciences while working as a research assistant at the Chair of Production Systems of Prof. Eversheim at the WZL (Machine Tool Laboratory).
