Biography and expertise

Frederik Wirtz, Principal at Infront, has been working in management consulting since 2015 and is jointly responsible for the Financial Services Practice.

He advises clients across the entire value chain, successfully implementing consulting projects ranging from strategy development, marketing and sales management to the design of new products, services, and business models, as well as agile transformation. He is an excellent expert in the transformation of banks and insurance companies towards modern, digital service providers and has deep insights into the success factors of digital transformation.

Having studied in three countries and at four universities, Frederik Wirtz has developed a broad expertise in business administration with a focus on strategic marketing and finance. During this time, he also developed his passion for digitalization early on when working for a Spanish IoT start-up. With additional qualifications as a banker, Scrum Master and Change Manager, he places great importance to the feasibility of new solutions, which he implements together with his clients in an effective and agile approach.
