Biography and expertise

Friedrich Steisslinger has worked as a Director in the field of factory and plant structure planning at TMG Consultants for over 30 years and has been Managing Director of the Eastern European office based in Bucharest, Romania, for over 10 years.

After studying industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe (KIT) and gaining initial experience at a well-known automobile manufacturer, Mr. Steisslinger found his calling in consulting.

Mr. Steisslinger has built up and expanded the factory planning division within TMG and has managed projects all over the world.

Today, Mr. Steisslinger advises clients from various sectors of the manufacturing industry, primarily on the selection of suitable production locations, new plant construction or relocations, logistics or production optimization or purchasing and procurement issues.
