Jens Hornstein is a Senior Partner and member of the management team at Kerkhoff Consulting. He has been advising clients from almost all sectors in the SME sector for over 17 years.

He has advised well over 100 companies on purchasing and SCM and implemented far-reaching optimizations with considerable added value for his clients' business results.

Jens Hornstein attaches great importance not to improving the symptoms, but always to finding the cause of optimization measures and building on this. The digital transformation of procurement is certainly a key focus here.
