Biography and expertise

Kristina Heck is manager for sustainable transformation at sustainable AG since 2022.

Her focus is on advising companies in various industries on sustainable change - supporting the implementation of sustainability transformation processes and implementing sustainability strategies and sustainovation - supporting sustainability innovation processes. 

From 2019-2022, Ms. Heck was Program Director for Corporate Relations at GoodPlanet in Belgium. She was part of the organization's management team and developed the sustainability awareness raising and workshops area for private sector companies.

Ms. Heck previously worked for more than 10 years in various consultancies and in-house in the field of change management and in the implementation of strategic transformation projects (in addition to sustainability transformations, reorganizations, post-merger integrations, process and IT implementations). She also worked for two years at the United Nations (UNDP, UNHCR) in the field of organizational and personnel development.
