Biography and expertise

Kristof Boettcher is a Senior Manager at M2P Consulting in Frankfurt, primarily responsible for projects in the areas of digitalization and operations, with a focus on the aviation, airlines, and railway industries. His key areas of expertise include change management, process optimization, digitalization, and project management.

Kristof started his career as a certified aviation management specialist and held various leadership positions in the aviation sector with airports, service providers and airlines in Frankfurt and Hamburg, before transitioning to consulting in 2015 and joining M2P in 2022. He also holds a Change Management certification and possesses several project management certificates such as SCRUM and PRINCE2.
