Lars Linnekogel leads TTE Strategy, a boutique consultancy that was humbly honored with the Hidden Champion Award for 2022/23 and 2024/25.

He founded TTE because he observed a key challenge: People are often the result of strategy and project work. But the opposite is true: People are at the core of every transformation. That’s why the guiding principle is the fair process methodology, fostering sustainable business models.

He works with small and mid-sized (Mittelstand) companies, crafting blueprints for purpose, mission, and strategy. He helps mold organizations into strong structures, navigate complex transformations, and chart paths toward digitalization, cost optimization, post-COVID resurgence, and the horizons of 2030.
