Biography and expertise

Lea-Theresa Münch is Co-Lead of the Innovation Practice at Infront Consulting. 

Lea-Theresa Münch has been working as a consultant at Infront since 2016. She has many years of experience in the management and implementation of strategy, innovation and transformation projects in various industries, including international projects. Her focus lies on consulting established companies in the structuring and further development of their innovation activities and the development of (digital) innovations. As head and author of our study "Corporations on the tracks of start-ups", she has analysed over 150 digital innovation units and knows the recipes for successful corporate innovation inside out. 

Lea-Theresa Münch has a Master's degree in Management & Entrepreneurship from Leuphana University Lüneburg. She is an alumni of the "Business Sustainability Management" programme at the Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge and an IHK-certified personal coach.
