Biography and expertise

Marcin Pozorski is an expert in ERP projects and supports customers in all phases: Strategy, target architecture, implementation and benefit realization. He navigates through ERP software alternatives, selects implementation partners and conducts strategic project evaluations.

After studying business informatics at the University of Gdansk, Marcin worked at Accenture for 14 years. There he focused on SAP implementations for international companies. He then moved to Opel/General Motors for almost 6 years, where he led the SAP CoE for EMEA, the entire SAP project portfolio and application management.

2018 Marcin moved to AdEx Partners; since 2022 he has been Head of ERP Transformation Services Portfolio. He and the team provide services such as ERP strategy, quality assurance and project management, ERP template management and rollouts, ERP-centric enterprise architecture, and Agility@ERP projects. He also analyzes and evaluates important non-SAP ERP applications (Microsoft, Infor, IFS, Workday, Oracle) in order to develop feasible SAP alternatives if required.

Active in various sports disciplines, he follows the motto "Better than yesterday!" to promote continuous learning and improvement.
