Biography and expertise

Markus Anschober has been Managing Partner and Managing Director of IMP Austria for over 10 years. Before joining IMP, he worked for several years in investment management and investment banking. He holds a Master's degree in International Economics from the Universities of Innsbruck and Strasbourg, specialising in corporate management/strategy and finance.

Markus advises well-known national and international clients from many industries using the IMP Open Strategy approach. His consulting work focuses on strategy, growth & innovation and disruption. He is co-author of several renowned publications and articles in these areas, including ‘Open Strategy - Successfully managing disruption through open strategy work’ and ‘Digital Disruption - How to prepare your company for the digital age’.
