Biography and expertise

Martin Fuzik is Director of TMG Consultants GmbH and responsible for the areas of implementation management, purchasing and development.

After studying mechanical engineering and graduating in process engineering, Martin Fuzik began his career in the packaging industry in various roles in program management for technical development. After working in consulting for productivity enhancement and automotive OEMs and as an independent consultant, he joined TMG in 2015 and has been responsible as Director since 2019.

Martin Fuzik supports clients from the automotive tier 1, mechanical and plant engineering and special machine construction sectors in the implementation of challenging development programmes and projects as well as in industrialization and transformation. He has been a certified management consultant since completing his MBA in 2021.
