Biography and expertise

Martin Geis has been leading the Operations/Production practice of TMG Consultants as Director and Partner since 2012.

Martin Geis began his career as a consultant at TMG in 1999 in the Competence Center Logistics/SCM until he moved to the Competence Center Production in 2007, where he took over as Principal in 2010. In 2011, he was appointed Partner and Director of the Operations Practice, for which he has been solely responsible since 2018.

Before starting his consulting career, he studied mechanical engineering at the University of Stuttgart, specializing in factory operations and technology management.

Today, Martin Geis advises clients primarily from the automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, and other discrete manufacturing industries. His work focuses on production strategy, production design, efficiency and performance improvement, and rightsizing.
