Biography and expertise

Michael Fechner is a Partner at Prof. Roll & Pastuch – Management Consultants and leads the Berlin Officewith over 17 years of extensive experience in advising global corporations and mid-sized enterprises world-wide.

His journey into consulting commenced with his studies of business administration at the Free University of Berlin where he focused on Marketing, Strategy and Economic Policy / Political Science.

Before embarking on his role at Roll & Pastuch in 2011, he worked at Simon-Kucher & Partners also working in the London office.His consulting focus revolves around the areas of price management, sales and strategy. Michael shares his expertise via articles, conducts seminars and serves as a speaker at various industry events. Together with Gregor Buchwald he co-hosts the podcast Top Line Talk offering valuable insights to a broad audience.
