Biography and expertise

Nadeshda Kreya is a Principal at undconsorten and an expert in leadership and organizational development. Nadeshda Kreya has extensive experience in building the leadership capabilities required for successful organizations, including leadership, leadership development and top team development. She has supported various large organizations in improving their leadership capabilities as part of transformation programs, partly through operational support and coaching in day-to-day business. The development and implementation of leadership models with the top team and the alignment of top management to transformation programs are further areas she has supported.

Before her consulting career, Nadeshda Kreya was a manager of international art galleries. She brings her creativity and passion for art and culture in particular to the development of FC, inspiring FC/MA formats and problem solving in general.

She holds a Diploma in Economics (University of Bonn, ENSAE Paris), a Master in Cultural Management (IEP/Sciences Po Paris) and is a trained and certified business coach.
