Biography and expertise

Phil Klemens is a Principal and responsible for the Industry Practice at Infront Consulting.

Since 2016, he has focused on advising industrial clients and hidden champions on various conceptual and operational issues in the areas of corporate and business model strategy, sales and service growth, omnichannel customer interaction and agile transformation of core organizations. In addition, he was responsible for the development and growth of the digital unit of a leading global manufacturer for +1 year.

Prior to that, he gained experience at Porsche and Zalando. During his studies in Technology Management (M.Sc.) at the TU Braunschweig, he spent time abroad in Singapore and Silicon Valley.
