Biography and expertise

Philipp Güth is a managing partner at Horn & Company and co-founder of GEM Consulting. He brings with him a wealth of over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector. His expertise spans across strategy, large-scale transformation, regulatory, treasury and risk management, and bank controlling/accounting.

He studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne, worked for five years in the CFO department of a leading German universal bank, in Frankfurt, before he joined an international strategy consulting firm in 2012. In 2014 he founded a consulting company for banks in Switzerland, which is part of Horn & Company since 2023. Philipp Güth is part of the leadership team of the Competence-Centers „Financial Services“.
