Biography and expertise

Ralf Koschitzki, Associate Partner since 2014. 

Ralf focuses on future technologies, business development and complex business transformations. His clients are technology, mobility and chemical companies. Since 2016, Ralf has also been senior lecturer at the International School of Business and, since March 2023, an advisory board member in the food sector.

Prior to his consulting activities, Ralf worked for 23 years in various management functions up to C-level (CPO, CFO) in a large German aviation company. The red line through his career was the development and implementation of major strategic issues and project with a high degree of change for the business and the organization.

Ralf studied Business Engineering at the TU Darmstadt and completed postgraduate executive programs at INSEAD and MIT. He is also a certified change manager (DIW) and member of the supervisory board (INSEAD).
