Biography and expertise

Ramona Pletzer joined the Iskander Business Partner team in January 2018 and has been a Principal and member of the Executive Board since December 2022.

Ramona Pletzer began her career as a consultant in 2018 at Iskander Business Partner GmbH in Munich, where she was appointed Principal in 2022. Her areas of expertise are CRM and Marketing.

Prior to this, she worked for many years in various management roles in the areas of CRM and marketing, among others. Before joining Iskander Business Partner, she studied business administration at LMU Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.

Today, Ramona Pletzer advises clients primarily from the telecommunications, media, retail and energy sectors. Her work focuses primarily on strategic, analytical and operational CRM with the aim of increasing conversion rates and the digital engagement of customers.
