Stefan Randak is Head of Atreus' Automotive Solution Group. His focus is on projects in the areas of purchasing, logistics, supply chain, development, production, sales, HR, IT, and controlling & finance. Topics such as driver assistance systems, car connectivity, autonomous driving and alternative drives are just as much his focus as process, cost and efficiency improvement measures. The same applies to restructuring, change processes and the implementation of business excellence.
