Stefan Ulrich is a Principal at undconsorten in Vienna and Berlin. He is an expert in workforce transformation and the establishment of excellent HR functioning that is required to support major organizational change processes. He is experienced in leading multi-member consulting teams in transformation and PMI contexts. His topics include governance overhaul, agile transformation, defined organizational and collaboration processes, HR transformation, HR strategy definition, organizational overhaul, strategic workforce planning implementation, global HR strategy, change management concept design, leadership model design. Stefan Ulrich regularly advises companies in multinational environments, including in the areas of transportation and logistics, the energy industry and global industrial and consumer goods companies.
Until 2021 he was a project manager at the Boston Consulting Group, from 2017-2019 he was Head of Organizational Development at ÖBB. He holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, was on exchange at Columbia Business School in New York City and holds a BSc in International Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He is a certified Scrum Master (PSM I) and Product Owner (PSPO I).
