Biography and expertise

Thekla Kovacev-Schmidt is Associate Principal at undconsorten in Berlin. She is an expert in leadership and HR topics with a focus on learning and employee development to make organizations more successful. She has also accompanied various major transformation processes and led larger consulting teams. She advises global family businesses, companies with a digital platform, research organizations, automotive suppliers, trading companies, industrial groups and medium-sized companies.

In her projects, she takes on different roles depending on the initial situation and necessity: Consultant, moderator, coach or trainer. Thekla Kovacev-Schmidt also deals with learning and development internally at undconsorten as Head of Learning and Development. She is responsible for the internal training curriculum team.

She laid the foundation for her career with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Münster and a Master of Science in Finance and Strategic Management at Copenhagen Business School. She is a certified Scrum Master and also completed systemic coaching training in Berlin in 2021.
