Biography and expertise

With over 13 years of international project experience and a passionate team by his side at CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG, Tobias Hübner, as Senior Manager, leads the CPC Center of Competence for "SAP S/4HANA Change Management." His expertise ranges from the implementation of innovative strategies, new business models, and organizational structures, to the introduction of harmonized processes and IT systems.

Before his consulting career, Tobias Hübner completed his studies in Business Administration and Economics at the University of Passau and deepened his knowledge in the Master's program in International Business with a focus on Strategy and Innovation at Universiteit Maastricht.

Today, Tobias Hübner consults clients primarily in the automotive, healthcare, IT and software development industries as well as in the public sector. With his methodological expertise in Change Management, Organizational Development, and Program Management, he guides companies through their digital transformation journey and supports the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
