Biography and expertise

Wilhelm Goschy is CEO of Staufen AG.

He gained his first lean experience at Dr. Ing. h. c. F. Porsche AG.

As Senior Partner and Business Unit Manager at Staufen AG, he developed managers, managed major international projects and designed the training of lean organizations. He has been a member of the Management Board of Staufen AG since 2011.

His professional focus is manifested in his expertise in the design and implementation of corporate strategies, the development of tailor-made transformation programs, the design and implementation of company-wide performance improvement programs, the optimization of supply chain processes and global location strategies, the implementation of digitalized and value stream-oriented factory concepts, the implementation of holistic value creation systems and the training and coaching of executives.
