Even when I was studying psychology, I liked the variety of topics and the opportunity to get to know and try out different things. I wanted to retain this diversity in my career. So I orientated myself towards management consulting early on and still find the topics and the working environment very enriching and instructive: the dynamics of the topics, the positive energy and focus of the people, the creation of solutions and added value. The fact that I ended up doing an internship and then joining CPC was a stroke of luck - the many awards and the focus on change management had aroused my curiosity and I was excited to actually experience all of this.
‘Above all, I appreciate the high level of transparency in the company, the equal treatment of all colleagues - regardless of their level of experience - and the opportunity to help shape and contribute to internal issues and my own development.’

So I orientated myself towards management consulting early on and still find the topics and the working environment very enriching and instructive: the dynamics of the topics, the positive energy and focus of the people, the creation of solutions and added value. Special corporate culture
It's not so easy to capture an entire culture in just a few words. I felt welcome and taken seriously right from the start. I particularly appreciate the high level of transparency in the company, the equal treatment of all colleagues - regardless of their level of experience - and the opportunity to help shape and contribute to internal issues and my own development. I am particularly impressed by the confidence and trusting attitude within the company, which is not a matter of course and at the same time gives me a lot of room for manoeuvre and development.
Personal & professional development
From the very beginning, we focus on how we can develop and train ourselves in the best possible way to broaden our expertise and wealth of experience. By attending courses and training sessions, I am able to broaden my horizons and build a sound theoretical basis for the practical experience I gain in my work. At the same time, the topic of further development is firmly anchored in the company, which is reflected on the one hand in the strongly practised feedback culture and on the other in the close support relationships in which the individual's career is taken into account.
Cold water with swimming aids
I spent my first two days after starting my job at the customer's premises to help finalise a project. You know the ‘steep learning curve’ and the ‘cold water’ from management consultancy and of course you also find them at CPC. You have the opportunity to grow, gain a lot of new experience and skills and master challenges, which for me is also an expression of the trust that I value so much at CPC. At the same time, I never have the feeling of being left alone - I can always approach a network of experienced CPCers and manage my topics.
Focus on people
What characterises CPC for me is the focus on people, whether internally or in the customer context. In my project work, this is reflected above all in the partnership-based cooperation with our customers: individual needs are precisely determined in order to actually create added value and find customised solutions. The following applies here: creating added value for the customer is more important than selling our products - this is the only way to build a sustainable, viable relationship.
